After becoming a mother, I was overwhelmed with grief and anxiety about the state of our planet. I drew on nature therapy to address symptoms and find greater meaning in my suffering. Now I share my research on mothers' psychoecological distress and development to help other mothers nurture personal and planetary wellness by rooting into the wisdom of Nature.
